We are very excited about the upcoming Networking and Technical Session, hosted by Region 8 SWANA (New York, Northern New England & Southern New England).
The networking session will be held on Tuesday, February 28th, from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at UMass Amherst, in the Hadley Room located in the Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center at One Campus Center Way, Amherst, MA 01003.
The Technical Session “The State of Recycling” is scheduled for March 1, 2023, and will also take place at the Campus Center in the Amherst Room Campus Center.
There will be a Continental Breakfast at 7:15am with the Technical Session starting at 8:00am. Provided below is the agenda for the meeting as well as a map of the campus.
There will also be signage providing directions to the Hadley Room & the Amherst Room.

Directions:
Travel to Commonwealth Avenue. At the set of lights near the Mullins Center (our large sports/entertainment arena), turn onto Campus Center Way. The Campus Center Parking Garage is adjacent to the Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center.

As you all know SWANA is very involved in legislation that effect the Solid Waste Industry. We encourage our members to also stay informed and up to date on current State and Federal Legislation that impact the Solid Waste Industry.
